The successful candidate will: 

• Serve as Managing Editor for the Journal CourseSource (coursesource.org). This role involves shepherding articles through the system from submission to production, working with authors, reviewers, and editors during this process, preparing final manuscript documents for publication, and helping organize and facilitate online writing workshops to help instructors share their teaching resources.
• Evaluate the outcomes for student and instructors of a digital, open-access Scientific Teaching Course (STC) that integrates an AJEDI (antiracist, just, equitable, diverse, and inclusive) approach to teaching. This role also involves working collaboratively with groups of STEM college instructors to help develop and deploy the course prior to evaluating outcomes. This project is funded by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.
