Senior Researcher (Focused on Inclusivity & Social Justice)

This position will support inclusivity and social justice elements of current and future Center research projects funded by extramural grants. The person in this role will serve as a consultant to Center leadership, staff and partners on deepening how we apply the lenses of justice, equity and inclusivity in our ongoing research projects by helping to ground our work in current research in the area. This person will also work in teams to develop new collaborative proposals to directly pursue STEM learning research questions that center equity, inclusion and justice in both formal and informal education settings. It is our intention for this new role to complement the institutional work of the OSU Office of Institutional Diversity by more explicitly infusing the values and practices of inclusivity and justice across all Center research projects and processes. The position aims to add inclusive excellence capacity and improve impacts of the Center’s research and evaluation work. Final application deadline is October 31, 2022.
