Good Morning and Happy End of Semester,

Does anyone have any resources for hiring a new faculty member to help to ensure an equitable application process? I have heard mention that rubrics are a good way to go but haven't seen any. Thanks for any help anyone can provide as I am Chairing the search committee for an Integrative Biologist and want to do it right! Happy (almost) holidays!
