Registration is now open.

During registration, you will have the option to submit poster presentation information and choose a workshop.

Optional pre-conference workshops are available on Friday, January 16th. You may register for a workshop during conference registration.

Rates* are listed below as early (Nov 25)/regular (Dec 22)/late (Jan 12):

  • Faculty/staff from 4-year institutions: $195/$245/$300
  • Faculty/staff from community colleges: $125/$155/$210
  • Postdocs, graduate students, undergraduates: $125/$155/$210
*SABER members receive a $20 discount on all ticket types. You must log into your member account to access the discounted ticket. *

Cancellation & refund policy

Community College Registration Waivers

This year, SABER West is pleased to announce that we will have 15 registration waivers for full and part time community college faculty presenting at the conference. A limited number of these waivers are still available to poster presenters. To be eligible, please complete the following form. Registration waivers for poster presenters will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow 10 days for us to contact you with your waiver code. If you apply, please do not register for the conference until you have heard from the organizers about the status of your waiver application.
