2026 Registration Rates


Guests of registered attendees are welcome to register for the annual meeting. This level will receive access to the poster sessions, the banquet, and boxed lunches. This registration level does not include conference proceedings such as keynotes and regular sessions. Individuals wishing to attend conference proceedings should purchase a regular registration option.

New this year: Option to renew your membership or join at registration! Select your registration category + 1 year membership option. This option is not available for remote or one-day passes. We apologize for the inconvenience. Because of limitations in the WildApricot system, memberships must be processed manually, which may cause a short delay before the membership begins. You will receive a confirmation once your membership is activated. Please note that the membership fee portion of the registration fee is subject to the membership cancellation policy.


Cancellation & refund policy
In-person registration will include:

  • Full access to all conference sessions from Thursday afternoon through Sunday afternoon, plus Virtual Day programming on Thursday, June 25

  • Lunch and coffee on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • Refreshments during evening poster sessions

  • Access to exhibitor and vendor information

  • Access to the digital conference program and schedule through the conference app, before, during, and after the conference, including the ability to plan your personalized schedule and connec with other attendees

SABER 2026 Virtual Day registration will include:

  • Access to all sessions taking place on the Virtual Day, Thursday, June 25

  • Access to the digital conference program and schedule.
