The UGA College of Veterinary Medicine is inviting applications for a non-tenure-track faculty position. If you are interested in collaborative instructional design, educational development, and of course, educational research, this may be a great opportunity for you! 

The successful candidate, in conjunction with teaching faculty, will manage design projects related to the College’s veterinary curriculum. Specifically, by applying current research and theory to the practice of instructional design, the successful candidate will design, develop, and/or promote instructional strategies, instructional software, and technology solutions that support the sustainable advancement of teaching and learning in individual courses in the College. In doing so, they will demonstrate and promote the alignment of learning goals with learning activities and assessments/feedback that meet learners’ needs. Additionally, they will make recommendations for the revision of instructional strategies and overall course design based on assessment data.

Required: A PhD degree or comparable terminal degree in a relevant field, such as instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum design, or educational psychology and a minimum of one year of work experience in higher education is preferred.
