    SABER East Housing Registration

    Register here to reserve a room for the 2026 SABER East Regional Meeting

    Housing in Rochester Institute of Technology's dormitories is available Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, May 29 (check out Saturday morning)

    On-campus accommodations are available in Global Village, located a 10 minute drive from the airport, and a short walk from the conference venue.

    Pricing:

    • 2 nights (Wednesday-Thursday): $170
    • 3 nights (Add Tuesday or Friday): $235
    • 4 nights (Tuesday-Friday): $300

    At registration, you will choose: 

    • Number of nights
    • Check-in date (afternoon)
    • Check-out date (morning)

    Arrangements:

    Rooms are arranged in four or five-room suites with two bathrooms. Please specify your suitemate preferences in the relevant part of the registration form. 

    Rooms are single-occupancy, lockable bedrooms in 4-5 bedroom suites that share two bathrooms. These are basic dorm-style accommodations. Please plan to bring your own toiletries, and you may wish to bring a blanket for additional comfort.

    Guests must check in and check out in person with campus housing staff. Please plan to arrive by 6 pm - if that is not possible, let us know so we can make special arrangements. Unfortunately, conference staff will not be able to distribute room keys this year.

    We have been informed of the following housing policies:

    • Arrivals after 9:00 p.m.: $50 late arrival fee

    • No-shows: $100 fee

    • Housing cancellations are subject to the SABER conference cancellation policy

    Please plan your travel accordingly and notify us if your plans change.

    SABER East has also secured a reservation block at the following hotel:

    Fairfield Inn
    4695 W. Henrietta Rd.
    Rate: $149 per night

    Please note that the hotel is not within walking distance of campus, so you will need to drive or use a rideshare service to travel to and from the conference.

    SABER East Conference Registration

    Join us for the second SABER East Regional Meeting on May 27-29, 2026 at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY!

    Our main session will begin on Wednesday at 5 pm and conclude on Friday at 2:30 pm.
